    Your wanting Network Attached Storage. Just search for NAS or Time Capsule alternatives.

    Depends what you wanna do.

    If you wanna store files? NAS.

    If you want a router that uses a HDD you can build yourself and use plugins? Yes, PfSense, Untanle or M0n0wall
