I think it's about time the Flight Sim discussion thread was unstuck?

I have to agree to be honest, some good posts in that thread from many months ago haha.

I enjoyed looking through the flight sim section and looking at the screenshot's people posted. I always wanted a go.. lol
The whole thing just got killed when it was all merged though :S

The Flight Sim forum was becoming less and less active, but merging all the threads was the final nail in the coffin so to speak.

Forum was removed a while ago due to the lack of activity and sadly the "FS" people back then didn't really post much as they used to do. Then the mistake was made when we merged it all in one big thread, probably easily to find everything FS related but didn't really help the FS players at the time. It is a shame it died as it was a good little sub-forum back in the day.

I thought the screenshots of flight sim were actual photographs of irl planes at first.. back in the days when you were just a mod.. :rolleyes:
But yeah I remember it closing and then nothing ever coming of flight sim again

That's when we had users like Sam Miller who were excellent image editors and put a lot of effort into making their screanshots look realistic.

Yeah him and some others produced some fantastic screenshots of the simulator.

1) It is an avaliable emoticon and it's unfair on the graphics dept if it isn't used enough.
