When I first read this I thought how the hell would you get a van into a washing machine lmao. Uh, I dunno wouldn't they break your washing machine with them bashing around in there? Maybe wash them by hand..

look on the vans website for care instructions, on some shoes washing them in a machine can ruin the bonding between the sole and the uppers
we're smiling but we're close to tears, even after all these years

bloody hell when i first read the title i thought it was about putting a Van (as in a Transit, etc) in the car wash.. then Sarah replied "well i put a shoe in there once and it came out fine.."

didnt know you meant footwear, but anyways check the lable/manufacturer and look for how to care for them

You can usually put them in the washing machine, that's what I do (well my mum does)

Yeh you're not meant to but trainers or any sort of shoes in the washing machine really but plenty of people do and they turn out fine. I think it's just so when they're dirty people buy new pairs instead of doing this

ive done it and they look really good and nice and clean.

put them on at 30, so not too hot of a wash. took the laces out because i thought they might get caught up in the mechanism or something of the machine.
    goodbye.
