Yes I know I'm several days late, but I still think its fairly relevant topic.
A massive massive congratulations to the management teams on continuing the tradition of making this Summer Spectacular bigger and better than its predecessors. The addition of the automatically updating signatures, the greater number of events, and the points landmarks are indicators of the bigger and better for me. I'm not sure about participation numbers compared, or a comparison of the boost it gave HxF and Hx, but needless to say it was substantial.
So I think all involved, particularly the organizers and executive team deserve a huge round of applause for their efforts, from what I could see all the participants were enjoying it and anticipating the next day's events. There was some sourness here and there, but unfortunately that will always accompany competition, the mood was overall very upbeat.
But there's a reason this isn't in Thank You and Congratulations. In years past there have been feedback threads that in my opinion have been very helpful in making future Spectaculars better.
My big suggestion relates to team leaders. There is a GM and three AGMs, and there are four teams. I think each GM should lead a team and be very visible. If one AGM/GM is unable to be around/active/visible, pick a very well-known and visible manager to lead the team. Their names and reputation will draw people to each team, making for more even teams. Also, they will be able to see if there is an unevenness and sort it out. I don't think that it will cause claims of unfairness, as it's been done before and worked out.
My other suggestion, leading from this year's use of a backend-based signature system, is a simple calendar with a layout of each day and hours (11AM to 1 AM the next day as an example) and a certain number of users (all managers, AGMs, and Senior EOs for example) could access it to add or delete events to make it the most updated calendar available. Then users could go to a redirect (ie: www.habbox.com.hxssevents) and it would be displayed. It would save having to peruse the thread which is imperfect, and would allow more users to edit it, as opposed to having to give moderation rights to any non-administrators.
If you have other suggestions, feedback, or opinions on my suggestions feel free to reply.

'() and it wouldn't really show any favouritism amongst the department managers especially if some team leaders have already lead a team in a previous year which could be seen as unfair on new / other department managers who would also like to have a go at leading a team.
