Xbox 360 Modding (Hardware)

Anyone do this sort of thing? I've come across a broken xbox which I'm fixing atm just waiting for the parts to arrive, thinking of buying a couple more and seeing what I can do as you can get them dirty cheap if there broken.

Yeah i do this, i like modding my xboxs up personally.
I got a cheap working 360 for £60, changed its case, took away the x-clamps and fitted it with a whisper LED fan.
Just need to cut a window into it and fit some more LED's and it'll look sweet.

Also if your interested, i've got a 360 here, but broken DVD drive.
