    Default Sleeping Pattern(s)

    I was having this conversation on messenger to my friend about sleeping patterns, well unfortunately hes in the same position as me and was telling me his brother started to go to school 8;30am and finishes at 2;30am so therefore he will wake up at 6;45am and his sleeping pattern is still in a kerfuffle; since im at college me and him dont you know want our education to go down the pan if you like, and were finding it alot harder to concentrate. My eyes are not as focused as they used to be then i'll be worried.

    I would like some points of you folks on what time to wake up/go to sleep to make my sleeping perfect. It's a bit hard to work when you're all tired as i just dont feel right!

    On Friday try not to go to bed until the next day and then on the Saturday evening go to bed at a time which isn't late but not too early either. Then wake up at the time you want to wake up on the Monday and hopefully you should be alright if you continue to go to bed at a sensible time.

    Sunday through Thursday night are all school nights for me. I tend to go to bed around 11PM and fall asleep around 12:00 to 12:30. I wake up every morning at 7:37AM.

    On Weekends it's sporadic. I don't really have any specific interval designated for sleeping.
    I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
