    Default iPhone headphones not working

    I got the iPhone 4 and the headphones are working but the multi-functional button is not. They didn't work from when I opened the box does anyone know if they're just a faulty pair or if I have to do something? I didn't have to with my iPhone 3GS though.

    Seems likes it's just a faulty pair, just go to an Apple Store and they will tend to replace them for free

    As Johno said, they should replace them for free, but they're not fantastic anyway!
