I've just read an interesting article on the BBC News Technology page about Apple trying to sue a company as they are using the word Pod in their upcoming Video pod product.
What gets me is that the word Pod has been around far longer than Apple has. What do I use at work when I empty the tills in tescos - A money pod, and I could list many other uses of it in products and so on.
Everyone just seems to be suing everyone these days.

If they are going ahead with this then they're just further proving themselves to be a crappy company. They tend to be the cause of all this controversy with regards to copyright/patent infringements anyway. All I'm looking forward to is:

I prefered using a MAC when it came to multimedia, such as music, graphics and so on. They aren't designed for gaming. Thats why most of you don't like mac.
