I ordered an NUS card and my browser crashed whilst i was doing the payment so when i've gone back on it it says the order is placed but not yet paid for and I can't find out how to pay for it so I can get it delivered!! Help!

Is there no way of getting to your account settings, or have they got an e-mail address which you can try contacting them with?

if it doesn't work you could try your college, at mine all you had to do was bring passport photo and a tenner. saved **** loads so far!
