When I started writing this competition, I was remembering that it would have been John Lennon's birthday today (9th October), what a shame. He was certainly a singing God and definitely made an impact when he was around. Rest in Peace. There are things he'll never have got the chance to say so for this competition, sorry to be a pessimist, you have to imagine that you were murdered! Oh it gets worse, someone from Heaven, God/Allah/Buddha/Flying Spaghetti Monster has let you write a last letter to the person you'd want to write to most, including the words you never got the chance to say! How can I say this? I was always worried that you would end up being at the end before me, stopping the chance of meeting, not spending enough time talking or just basically interacting with each other. But I guess everything has to come to an end, and I know one day, we could have had an amazing relationship with one and other, but I guess it just wasn't to be. I'm dying Ben, this is my final testimony, I had one sheet of paper, one pen, one person to write to - and I chose you.
I could have chose Trevor, Garth, Daniel, the list goes on, but none of them can compare to you, you complete me, I know I told you almost every day how much you meant to me - and you still mean everything to me. I also said that, that would never change - and it won't. Where ever I may go to next, you will always in my mind, if I have a mind in the future that is. But no matter what, I want you to be happy, don't be put off when you get close to other people, I would love for you to date others, I am cool with it. Just like you was cool with me dating others too. But like I said, all good things come to an end - all bad things do too, but don't think of my death as a bad thing, think of it as a creation of new life, because when I die, another mass of babies will be born, placed in this world.
Overall, there is nothing more I can really say, I know this letter has dragged on and on, but I want you to keep it, when you feel sad, when you feel happy, when you are grieving, just remember this letter, read it through, remember I am always thinking of you. Hey! that was a rhyme, I don't tend to do it all the time, a rhyme that is. What? Can't dying be a bit humeous? Haha!
We always did have a laugh didn't we? Your smile, hair, eyes, everything were perfect in my not so perfect eyes, come on my eye sights pitiful, but I do realise someone as beautiful as you if needs be. You mean everything to me, you're my heart, my life, my soulmate.
I'm afraid, everyone will leave someone at some point, and now it has to be today, too soon I'm sure. You say you don't cry, but I know you probably will fill up when you read this, please don't! Remember you used to always say that to me, me blubbering away on webcam! Haha! So young, so childish, but meaningful all the same. Just knowing you was watching my every move in them days were amazing... You're amazing.

Dear Family & Friends,
If You have gotten this letter, by now you probably know im dead. I Got the chance to write this quick letter before i was murdered. There are so many things i could say in this letter but i dont have long enough, first of all, i love you all and i will miss you terribly, its awful we have to part like this, but its just the way god has intended it to end. Secondly i want you all to know ill be watching over you all where ever i am and will be with you always whenever your up or down. Im so sorry it came to this, and i want you all to know how much i will miss you and the code to my safe is 021393 [Cody's Birthday]. Please tell Cody daddy loves her and will never forget her, i left her a little something inside the safe which i hope she will cherish always. Sarah, my beautiful wife, i love you dearly and hope you can forgive me for all them times we argued, there is also something inside the safe for you and i hope you have a wonderful life, i also left you the key to the boat with our wedding photo album on board.
