Really, Is there any point in Habbo Help Desks in general.

They just give the same info as habbohotel safety page or HobTech. theres nothing special about a habbo help desk.

In other words another pointless idea for the habbo public to endure

Well I'm sorry that you feel that way? We're there for help new habbos that only joined and don't know anything about habbohotel? Don't you remember when you were a newb and you needed help and nobody was there? Eh ;P and we also give tips to people that have other problems like they've been scammed, keylogged, they need a hobba or have a keylogger and we help them to get rid of it. Basically we help some people big time and I don't know why some people hate habbo help desks, also you said we give same information as habbohotel safety page. Not alot of people check it it's easier to tell them on habbo.

I joined habbo in the BETA stages and i read everything there was to know. There wasn't such things as HELP DESKS back then.
I know what your saying, Your here to help, and i understand that.
But HobTech and Habbo Homepage gives all the information needed

I get you child but it's alot easier to explain and takes less time (usually) to explain people some stuff over habbo.

Its also Easier to explain as a Person on the other end of a phone for example, because if they dont understand, you can explain to them in different methods. Try different things, Help desk are very usefull, to give direct Information. instead of getting it off a website. it also boosts re-assurance to the Customer

Not really, they dont waste Hobbas time at all. They actually Help Hobbas. Many people go to Hobbas First, and when they dont get a reply they come to a help desk. You cant say its a waste of Hobba time because Hobbas are allways busy when on duty. they dont really deal with teaching saftey, there job is to Ban Flooders swearing Rule breaking and serious problems. Even MOD's And Hobbas Set Up Help Desks Because there useful.

But many people create so many help desks.
Many dont offer as much help as you actually need
