Read the "How can I donate?" section of the Paid Subscriptions page. They've changed it so that you can pay by phone now

If I was contract and I paid for VIP how would it pay on contract?

If you usually pay for £20 a month for your contract phone, they'd just add the VIP payment onto your monthly bill.. so it would end up being £21.50 for example.
