Well its a very sad story, but I don't really want to follow it and why is that so? - because I know my blood will boil when I hear what petty sentence he has been handed for this crime and the comfortable conditions he will live in during his time in 'prison' which is far from a punishment.

True justice will only be served when he dies, with anyluck somebody in the prison will do the honours to him and serve up some true justice which is something that our courts no longer do or can do.

Well this is a well worn argument between us and will have to agree to disagree but well done to the police for 'cracking' it so quickly.

I bought the sun this morning and I saw him in it, the story being he said he saw 2 extra people with her and I guessed then that he'd be arrested before the day was over.

He's only been arrested on suspicion of murder, they haven't cracked it yet. I don't think they'd say they cracked a case until they get a guilty verdict!

The way he was held for longer than 24 hours was disgraceful, in all cases it is - it's a breach of liberty. Nobody should be held without charge for more than a period of 24 hours maximum - obviously the Police haven't got enough evidence and it could now turn out he was innocent.

The erosion of habeas corpus by government is sinister.
