EMA/ALG how the hell do you get out of this? :l

If you miss one day of college due to illness and you don't get your payment and then the week after you have no money to even get a bus pass for the week, then your mum goes to work and forgets to leave you some cash, meaning you can't get to college thus not getting paid again :/

You can get a form from the faculty/admin office to cover illness or just ask for advice from your personal tutor.

I keep not getting it in past 4 weeks I have only had it 1 week. Such a joke all it was was for being late for 1 of the lessons by 5 minutes and teachers a ***** and wont change it

We've got a new learning mentor (who deals with EMA/ALG) and she seams nice, so she might be able to help me =]

Well thats how it is, you can only claim it back if you have been to the doctors etc, even then you need proof. I started college this year and most of my teachers are *****rs. My attendence is so ****** so far I have had a meeting. Maybe its the fact that its not actually compulsive.

All I could say is just goto college, it isnt that bad and when you get behind on work its a right pain in the arse.

I'm ahead with my work haha, just they expect me to turn up when they're teaching me stuff I'v already taught myself

I sometimes get told off when we're doing a group activity and I just give all the answers away without other people trying lool.
