    Default The best muscle growth product?

    Hallo.

    My friend from college started using some Protein shake or something and you can see the difference in a month. What would you recommend for building size and strength?

    just look up whey protein, there's lots of products. i personally use syntha-6. cheap and effective.

    don't mean to be stating the obvious, but you have to be weight lifting in order for protein shakes and the like to work. you want to drink it immediately after a workout, and before and after you go to sleep. however, some people argue that there's more than enough daily protein in the average western diet, and that protein shakes are unnecessary. i don't know exactly how true this is, it may be, however i don't think there's much harm in getting too much protein. when i started using protein/working out, i definitely saw a difference within a month. however you'll see a steady decline in progress unless you start making your workout even more intense after some time.

    The best muscle growth product is hard work, good dieting and sleeping well. A protein shake is not going to make you big. An excess amount of calories (eating lots) and lifting weights is going to make you big. You dont even need to take protein shakes as you'll probably get more than the amount you need if you eat properly, 6 times a day. Also, you wont notice a difference in size in a month unless he's on steroids or a genetic freak.

    Just google whey protein, lift weights and eat a lot (healthy food obviously).

    go to the gym a lot. eat well (lotsa protein/carbs/nutrients). have a protein shake 2/3 times a day and if ur slackin with carbs you can have glycoload in ur shake which is just pure complex carbs and that'll satisfy ya. if you want to build pointless size then go on a creatine cycle -- makes you look big
