Default Liking someone of the same sex.

Basically, if you came about having strong feelings for someone of the same sex, but still wasn't sure about your sexuality what would you do?

I like someone and I have liked someone of the same sex before, but now I have liked this other person longer and I am not sure what to do. A part of me wants to tell her, but a part of me doesn't want to hurt our friendship if she doesn't like me.

    Any ideas.

I have liked her for quite a lot of weeks.
    I'm 16 by the way.

Idk I reckon it could make your friendship awkward if she said no but then again if she starts acting awkward afterwards then she's not a true friend

Well I was thinking, maybe I like her just cos she actually is my friend and hangs out with me. However, I realised I hang out with like 2/3 people and I don't like the others in that way.

Also, this other person I hang out with, I opened upto her (not saying I fancied someone) but said I might be bi, and she was fine with it. So maybe she will be too if I just told her I might be bi. Then work on it from there.

Edit: Talking to someone on msn, I was telling her that I no longer like this person and like someone much better.
    She went.

"Who do you fancey, do I know HIM?"

She didn't use capitals but yano.

I think you should find out your true sexuality before anything! Obviously it's not compulsory and there's no order on how you do things but maybe you want to make sure you are before testing anything out? Like you said you don't want to hurt your friendship so I would only go for things after knowing for sure.

Recently because of puberty my hormones and stuff have been all over!

And I'm sort of gettin' it out there but goin, "you know that guy from all time low (or where ever the guy is from), he's soooo fit!" so then they sort of know that I might like them in the nearby future. But I've never felt strongly towards a boy, but I've felt strongly towards A girl

So I'd just try and drop hints that you like people of the same sex and then just start sayin that they've got really nice eyes and stuff like that

she probably doesn't like you back in that way and you're gonna ruin your friendship if you act on it
if one of my friends told me they had strong feelings for me i'd find it really off putting and awkward and would like them less

    so dont do it
