Surely it won't be having requirements? I think a cc account will suffice. There's no point making seperate forums because we have this forum right here.

People that don't want to join the clan are not going to like clan related stuff plastered everywhere. Also we will be unable to keep editting important threads we'll need and moderators will also not stick the ones needing stuck.
