Vbulletin mod notice help!?

Hey guys I need a habbo style mod notice for my forum, can anyone help? Maybe a bit like habboxs I like there's.

i guess it just involves "if post edited by usergroup == (mod, smod, admin, gm)" then echo the edit msg.
