Help with Vbulletin please?

Hey guys,
Yeah im stuck with VB, only thing i am really stuck with is upload the picture to the usergroup! Also can someone give me a list of codes and colors for the usergroup username, so like there username turns a certain color. The colors i need are: Brown, Gold, Red, Purple, Light Blue, Grey, Light Green and Yellow.
