Where can I get..?

Something similar to the "tab-carousel" on http://www.raf.mod.uk/

Need it to progress automatically, but also allow for clicking. And it'd be a bonus if it were easy to style, as I'd like it similar to the one on the RAF page too (in terms of looks)

Ahh, most of them seem to be just image slideshows. Hard to find exactly what I want.
Need an image, and content box, controlled by tabs on an automatic timer << that pretty much sums it up
