Default Live Webcam on radio station

I'm re-opening my station with a new name and site design in a few months and one thing I'd like to do is some kind of live webcam feed.

Obviously being online means that we don't have a studio. Is there an easy and cheapish way to allow each presenter to use their own webcam feed if they wanted to?

Take a look at this website: http://www.robertwisbey.com/how_to_web_cam_wme.html

Shows how to do it, just use a free streaming website and copy over: ip:port
And simply have your users connect to the website? Or simply set it up so they log into it..

I'll keep looking for another solution.
