I have decided to make Jessie J.
I think this is still a work in progress because I'm not 100% happy with it, but not at all sure where to go next with it.
So I'll probably edit it in a few days once I've recieved some replies

edit: now I've posted it I don't think I like it all haha, when I finish her after the comments I'll probably put her on some red carpet/stage thing like I did with GaGa
