What you need to improve:

First, you need to put a h in the 'were' this will make it Where.

What you need to delete:

Remove the random flower in between the two b's it looks too odd.

Umm i owned a forum and i made a divider its quite good here My lucky number ^^^^^

It's nice. As said above, the typo needs correcting and the flower does look quite random and would look better simply not being there. The text with the typo also sort of blends in with the chaos in the background a bit.

Overall, it doesn't really reflect what the banner is supposed to represent: graphics. You could make it a bit more busy on the left side, and some things related to graphics like people painting or sculpting or on a computer drawing etc. Just to make it look a little more alive and relatable .
