I believe that it was part of a spiderwick event that happened back on Habbo UK (Perhaps it also was part of the other hotels). They've always been known to be quite hard to find. Hope this helps!

It's a hole, which doesn't tend to have a proper name such as 'spiderwick desk' etc therefore is called 'sw_hole,' I bought one the other day for 2c and managed to sell it for the same price (if you were wondering about prices by the way.)

I rarely notice them and I have only seen one in the Hotel at the moment.

It's sw_hole was released with the spider wick furni.
There's also a similar furni called sw_stone

I think it was known as a Ventilation Shaft or something along those lines back on the UK hotel. It's within the spiderwick range or furni, released alongside the movie promotion with the spiderwick desk, raven etc
