Default I just had a brainwave (HxL)

Ok so this idea may be terrible but it may be good I dunno I'm too tired to think atm but thought I better write it down just incase.

So you know how all HxL DJ's go on about Habbo? (Haven't listend for awhile because last time I did the DJ just banged on about Habbo) Why not have some non-habbo related DJs? As a large section of the forum do not use Habbo it may draw in some more listeners if the DJ isn't banging on about Habbo half the time.

Ok after reading it it doesn't sound that good but im gonna post it anyway.

Thats a pretty stupid reason to be tuning out

It's a great idea but I don't think it'd be introduced. I'd love to present on habboxlive again, brings back good memory's. I just love my forum name too much, becoming a dj would mean a name change.

I do think having dj's just to advertise the forum and events, non habbo related aspects of the site would be beneficial, it would bring that "edge" and maybe some of the older djs on the forum would tune in. At the same time you'd get the odd listener who would wine but after time it would become a normal thing. Not to mention the amount of users who would register to the forum. I know when a came back to habboxlive a while back loads of people from spam tuned in because I got into that "group" if you get me.

I don't mean totaly abandon habbox, just have djs for the non habbo side of the site.

I actually think this is quite a good idea - maybe for older members later at night/early morning. It could be called the 'Spam Hour'.

Exactly thank you! Not sure about the rules of HxL but im guessing they cant go around and using adult language but surely if its a late night show say midnight-1am them rules could be losend a bit.

We are an international fansite, when it's 1am here it's prime time in America, we need to watch for all time zones so having a time when we can have "adult language" isn't really appropriate at any time. Considering we are a Habbo fansite and as bethie said the listeners do tend to go away if the show isn't very habbo related - that's why they came to the site though from habbo.

I do think it is a good idea though but I don't really think it would workk

I don't agree with the adult language. As for some habbos tuning out, some might even enjoy the change. Think of it positively, yes habbos may tune out but people who haven't listened to the radio may tune in. It will promote the forum and other departments. It brings habboxlive a little twist. Those habbos who tuned out will tune in at another time to see if there is any "habbo djs" online, as will those who tuned in from the forum, weither they are a habbo dj or not people might hop ship and give it a chance. So either way, if you look at it from the correct angle. It's a win win for habbox.
