well i made two versions, 1 with things done above the neck and one with things below, i like the one without the hair better :L

The dress isn't that bad, needs more shading though.
The hair is a little but off, need's more shading still.

i really dislike the skin tone. it puts me off from like it, a lot.

I think this alt can be improved reasons being:

- The hair looks different from the image (it is to short and is missing the back part) as she has to pony tails coming down
- Her tie should come down all the way and just below the skirt
- Her top is two long as in the image it stops just above the middle of her belly button
- The skin town is off
- The Sleeves are two short

Not trying to say the alt is completely bad i'm saying you never really focused on where everything on the image is comparing to the alteration.
