Hey Guys,
My mate has recently got a Vbulletin Forum and he's trying to give me permissions on it, How can he save the changes?
Its on the Mod Panel.
Any more info needed just ask.

The moderators panel isn't there for changing permissions, hence why it doesn't have a save button. The permission changes are done in the "Admin Control Panel".

Also the Admin has to have their permissions set which can be done via Admin Permissions; which has to be appointed by someone who has config admin.
