I keep getting in debt and its pissed me off, I've done like 3 cities in the past 2 days and they both just fail. My most recent one is on the verge of going in to debt but the problem is they don't get jobs but I have tons of agricultural placed, and there's a bit of industry (it wont build on all of it) but pretty much none of the other one (blue, cant remember what one that is) just doesn't build its annoying.

How do I stay out of debt & how do I get the blue bits to build!? There's like one building in loads of it, but plenty of houses and residents.

How are you building? It's best to start off small. A population of 70 wont build in an area built for 70,000 as the tax may be too high. Play around with the tax settings too.

It's time to pull off an insurance job.

I'm pretty sure you can employ a Mr. O-B-Laden to successfully take out any government related buildings.

This will surely inrease your income tenth-fold.

Rinse and repeat as needed.
