Screen just goes white.

Dont know if it goes into this section but i log in then try and enter the hotel but the screen that pops up just turns white. Do i need to update my flash player or something like that?

It could be a Flash error, have you tried using a different web browser?

Or it could be your Internet Connection is lost when you enter the hotel, sometimes I have the same problem.
