Need Help with 99 Magic

I have 63m to spend but i havnt got a clue what to buy, Ive heard alching is the quickest way so im hopeing to do it that way. I wanna know whats the best item to alch and how many will i need to buy, Also how many runes ill need because i really havnt got a clue. Id also like to know whats the quickest way get to level 55 magic so i can start to do the high alchemy.

I alched + stringed jewllery to 99, cost me 35m in total.

However due to the low prices now id predict no more then 20-25m max.

camelot tele 45-55
high alch 55-80 or 55-99
stun or string ammys* 80-99
plank make** 86-99

* require lunar diplomacy quest complete.
** require dream mentor complete.

Stun-Alching is what I did cost me 35mil from about 70. Was getting over 120kxp/hr

its when you alch 1 item then 1 stun monster then alch 1 more item etc

as thomas said it's when you alch then stun a monster. You don't have to wait until the stun has hit to alch again so you can get 155xp for pretty much the same time as just alching. Just takes a little more effort than continuously hitting the 5 key

Well, if you want it quick, I say superheat gold bars.

It gives great smithing exp, and you can go through an invy quick.

Only bad thing is, it is expensive. But if your looking to save time, definitely do that. You have more than enough cash for it, use the zybez skill calculator to see how many you need to do.
