We live in a world controlled by rules and regulations. We see it everywhere... at school, at work, on the internet; it's something we just can't escape. I'm not one for "rage against the machine" type things (unless it's the band - 333), but there's some rules you just can't obey... and it's times like this I start to think of the rules I'd change if I were the PM (God forbid...)

I don't know if any of the rest of you do this... but here's your chance to. For this competition, make up your own rule or change an existing rule and post it in the thread below!
