Wrong thread, and most of us know how to spot scammers. Personally I don't see the advantage of changing your pass every month. Change it randomly.
If you get keylogged, changing it every month isn't going to do much.
If you accidentally tell someone your pass, and you changed it a week earlier are you going to say "Can't change it, just changed it last week. Must wait 3 weeks"?
Change it when you need to >_>
