Default google redirecting to ads [+rep]

First of all, I can't be bothered to backup, format and reinstall or whatever it is...

any google links that i go to redirect to ads and i've searched through some fixes and they all seem to be posting a personal log or something.

    Any solutions?

This happened to me on my old laptop and the only way I fixed it was by factory settings although there may be other options.

I know you can't be bothered, no one can be, but: backup, format, reinstall.

You can't trust your computer anymore.

If you want to take your chances anyway... download and run MalwareBytes, grab CCleaner and run it, (assuming you use IE) go to Tools > Options > Connections > Proxy and make sure they're unticked (something like that anyway). Also open c:\Windows\system32\etc\drivers\hosts in Notepad and post the contents of it here.

If all else fails, download "HijackThis", run a full scan and post the log here.
