right when i was 18 i got snakebites (two lip piercings) then i realised i hated them and took them out about a year later (i know, i know my stupid mistake) and since then obviously i've had two little holes under my lip. they don't really seem to have faded at all, on the inside of my mouth its completely cleared up but outside is a different story.

does anyone know a timescale on how long they'll clear up (if they do) and also if theres any way of making them heal faster.

it's not a major problem but i would like them to fade a little bit more if at all possible

could try bio oil?

yeah deffo bio oil or any other scar healing oil/cream

and they'll probably never properly fade, but will just go down to little white marks ok

I had my nose pierced when I was 17, and took it out at 18, I'm 21 now and the 'hole' is still there.
