    Sooo manly i have had my ipod touch for about a year now and it has broken its ear phone jack im guessing .. Only sound comes out of the right ear phone. Any ideas or how i can fix this?? +rep if you can help

    I'd assume it's the earphones/headphones rather than the iPod touch, have you tried using different ones to see if they work? If not, I think you should !

    Seemed a common problem on the older ones in 2007 according to google, try resetting it completely (Factory restore) obviously back it up first though on your pc

    If that doesn't work and you're still in the warranty...

    Take it down to an apple shop if you have one near you (might need to make an appointment - http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/) and go to the 'genius bar' and if it's in warranty they'll either give you a brand new one there and then or send it off to get fixed.

    If not try http://www.apple.com/uk/support/ipodtouch/service/ and send it off there

    If it's not in warranty I'm not sure what to suggest (Prices for out-of warranty repairs are here http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/service/prices/#uk)
