Are you looking for Just the Kinect Sensor? They retail for about $199 AUD and there aren't many offers available at the moment, depending on where you live but if you do trust online methods i recommend crazy sales as they have them going for $140. This is an Australian website, if you'd like to give me your town i can find the cheapest one near you.
