    Basically,

    I've been using the help tool fine, and then... suddenly it's asking me to verify my email address (which I've done) but my email address isn't my primary email address for some reason (it doesn't say what my primary email address is) but when I press Make primary address, it says: "Primary email address changed" but then if I refresh it's still an additional address.

    the help tool could be still hacked and their trying to get ure info?

    It is probably not hacked, I think the help tool just needs time to update, Give it a day or two, if it doesn't change send in a help request.

    The help desk still hacked? I doubt that very much.

    I am guessing they have just disabled the option to make emails primary to avoid hacking at this moment in time because of the recent events.

    Something similar is happening to me its saying I need to change my email but won't let me I don't even know it just keeps redirecting eurgh.

    Basically, when the staff reply it sends you an email and you have the choice of sending an email back to them, or logging into the help panel.
