    Default Randomly Banned..

    You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "a security investigation. Dear Habbo, this account is currently locked as part of a temporary security measure. Please try again in 24 hours. You also may be receiving an e-mail from us soon. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.".

    I know a few people have had this, any idea's what its about?

    You might of not done anything wrong they might just be checking because of the recent problems they've had. You never know

    I believe its because of the new click jacking method, Habbo are taking action.

    No but my account has no risk and I know this. Its because I tried out the RPX method just as a test to see how I could make my account safer and all users that have recently added an alternative login method have been temporarily banned. All of your chat logs will be viewed for any link sharing.

    Users that have shared links to the RPX method (ClickJacking) will be banned...

    I used this method but privately and did not share any links, and jord add me on habbo my temp name is "lionhunter94333".

    Update from Habbo Customer Support:

    Recently, starting 30th June we discovered some cases where hackers have been sending safe and official looking Habbo links in Habbo Hotel chat or in Web forums. If links have been clicked, hackers might have been able to get access to the victim's Habbo accounts. This security hole has now been fixed on Monday. In order to prevent additional problems, users whose accounts have been compromised are temporarily under security investigation and not able to log into the hotel at the moment.

    Q: I tried to log into Habbo and there's a text saying my account has been temporarily closed. Is that for real?

    A: Unfortunately yes. We are investigating few accounts that may have been compromised. Please be patient. We will send you more information as soon as possible.



    Q: My account has been closed. When I can play Habbo again?

    A: Our security team is working on the case constantly. We hope that we can open your account in 24 hours or latest, in a couple of days.

    Thanks, but investigating a few accounts when I would say I know at least 100 or 200 players that have been banned. It is a ******* joke, even with investigating I could just say I clicked a link and then the hacker was on my account. They cannot prove anything.

    Tomorrow morning im going to wake up and call sulake, I want a full explanation to what proof they have to temporarily disable my account, if there is none then I want some compensation. It may be extreme but when I have thing to be buying/selling and my account is locked its a joke!

    The article says they are investigating compromised accounts, so they are not saying you've done anything wrong. I don't really see what problem you have with them. They are helping you.
