When does Habbo Email you back?

Or do they even bother to email you back?... my accounts messed up since the security ban, and its too confusing to explain. I've emailed them and then got an automatic reply about some details of my account but its been like 5 days since they have not reply, when is the estimated time that they will reply? Thanks,

Having a reply within 5 days is classed as fast for most of us. I am guessing you replied to the help forum with the information they asked you for. After that it is a waiting game. It's not that they can't be bothered to email you back, it's the fact they get emailed loads every single day and it does take time to reply. Plus it's now the weekend so I wouldn't expect one till next week now.

I know right, I tried to get one of my accounts unbanned.
Some habbo staff named " Nakita " I think that's how you spell her name.
Wrote back to me, said she wouldn't un - ban me. How rude :p
