Not bad, the hands are just c+ped from a basic habbo image though and would probably look better hand made so it actually looks like its holding on the fence. With the doors and fence there is no light source so the shading all around is the same but one side of the fence and the door next to it should be darker then the other bit of fence and the other door. Also the doormats are wrong because you shrunk them, which doesn't look good in pixel art unless you heavily edit them afterwards.
