Just checking, you do know her real name is Holly Willoughby? :L Besides you shouldn't watching Celebrity Juice, then neither should I.

Anyway I think you went in far too quick without know how to actually shade well as the dress doesn't really have it, it's just random lines. The hair actually isn't that bad compared to the rest of it but it could be better shaded and a bit less sharp on the inside parts, also the hair should have a black outline rather than the dark yellow you seemed to use.

THE EYES NEED WHITE BITS, she looks like she's really high with huge pupils otherwise :L

The dress also is really straight too and your improvement really made it worse.

My advice would be to take a step back and learn the basics of pixel art, how to do curves well, shadings etcetera. Recolours will probably give you a rough idea on shading, but they are very boring so make you should just create some basic shapes and shade them well as I think that will give you a starter "platform" for shading.
