It is fake, it's impossible to hit higher than 50 with the great axe he used super pots to get att and str up but you can't have 118 str and att yet, it's impossible no matter what he does, hiting 87 or whatever is impossible at this time aswell

Thats not a fake, I have seen on a vid someone hit about that. its the max on rs i think.

A mod hit a 87 with a great axe. and im sure of it. Im not sure if the pic is real or not, but I know its possible.
