I've gotten this crap twice in the past three months. I have to pay like $20 just for my account to be unlocked. What the hell? Does this happen to anyone else?

I think they do that when you use dodgy paypals/credit cards to buy membership.

I used MOLPoints to buy Membership credit. Richie, before you say that " I try to scam Jagex and fail ", I actually used my own money to buy cards for MOLPoints. SO get your facts right. And if you really have nothing to say, just keep quiet. Thanks.

Then you should contact Jagex and/or MOLPoints to find out what the problem is.

most people use fake card to buy membership, and later the money got charged back...so jagex ban account
