    i've done that for the last two weeks, just been with mates and that's fine and then said person talks to me and i just wish i was still with him he knows that i'd do anything for him and he doesn't feel the same and it's ******* ****

    you need a break for a bit - break off contact but if you want, make it clear that its temporary if they notice/ask you

    go out and keep yaself active

    also remember if someone can't see that you're perfect then they're not worth it bbz xoxo

    i knew we wouldn't last but i still got so attached and even though i knew i shouldn't have done it's so easier said than done... its easy not to see him irl but if he texts/bbms/msn/fb it's like ugh

    why do they keep in contact with you when you're finished?
    i know that's a horrible thing to say but i didn't really talk to my ex's when i was done until a good few months had passed
    simply to give myself time to get over them

    right now i'm contemplating deleting somebody on facebook cos of it
    sad but true.....

    yeah but i know it is pathetic but i don't want them thinking i have to remove them because it seems so petty
