I want to install Windows 8 along with my current OS Windows 7, I was wondering how I am able to dual boot it, I have tried doing it but have got stuck with making the partition of the hdd, can anyone please help

Yea you are able to dual boot because the Windows Boot Manager can detect other Windows OS' and automatically add them to the boot manager list.
To create a new partition Winkey + R and type diskmgmt.msc and try and create the partition there or even in the Windows Developer Preview installer itself.
