As it's not really a bug I wasn't sure where to put it. I think it's the shadows.

What version of IE do you use? I know there is a few issues in IE generally with the website. I would suggest using another browser such as: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari.

Well I do RV/News on firefox usually but ocassionally do RV on IE and it's the most recent IE I think.
