Default Broadcasting gameplay in HD HELP

I am thinking of purchasing a HD PVR and broadcast on Justin.tv

I heard that you need a decent upload speed to do so.

    Thats my current stats.

Are they good enough to do so? if not what would i have to do to make the video smooth without changing internet provider?

That upload speed (I very much doubt, Im like 99% sure) will not handle streaming HD video to Juntin.tv.

Also uploading HD content constantly is sure to hit your bandwidth limit.

I dont have a bandwidth limit (fair use unlimited)

i was thinking like 720p or downscaled or something, i already know my up speed wont let me stream smooth HD

    Ping doesn't matter tremendously.

To stream HD in Decent quality from my PC, it maxes out my connection at upload (3Mbps). Still is a bit stuttery even then so I really doubt 0.50Mbps is going to be good at all.

Not enough. Ideally 4Mbps+ upload capacity.
