    ok so i'm going to a party friday and i have a pair of white jeans

    problem is i wanted some distressed white jeans (couldn't find any anywhere) like this pic



    do i leave them in tact or do i distress them myself?

    i'm scared incase it goes wrong because not only have i wasted my money i won't have an outfit

    btw my legs are slim like that pic so it won't look odd lol

    i would go for it if i were me, i mean the only thing is it might look a bit i dunno like obvious you've just gone at them with some scissors. but if you do a proper job of it then i don't see the problem.

    As long as they didn't cost £30 or anything drastic then you should do it. Might be worth searching for a 'How-to' video on Youtube or something.

    You should just make finger length holes with something and then rip the hole by hand to make it look like it wasn't done by scissors.
