I think they look ridiculous, but a fair few people seem to really like them?

they look so bad... cuffs are for sleeves, let's keep it that way
it's only chavs who wear them anyway so i'm alright 'cos i'm so indie..........~ lol

They're worn more by indie kids than anyone else lol but it does look daft on most people, you need to be tall to pull it off really
