Well done for losing so much weight Ben and good luck with the gym. Make sure you stick it out as so many people give up really quickly

No problem, don't exert yourself though, only do those once a day!

Or for shorter periods twice a day possibly or you will just cramp up, if you feel an ache it's working, carry on through the aches for a bit but try to stop when it becomes a pain haha

Incline on treadmill should help them after you do them as you keep the muscles working but you aren't straining them, just straining your thighs

Sit-up's really are your main friend here, but also try squats and layign on your back and using your stomach to lift your legs up in the air (keep them straight).

Also, the rowing machine has been shown to improve your ab's if you slightly lean back on each row. You'll feel the burn!

Benching, deadlifts and squats are by far the best for chest and arms. Do an intense workout a maximum of every second day though. If you do it too often you're simply just "ripping" your muscles over and over again without building up any mass.
Bonjour, la noirceur, mon vieil ami
    Je suis venu te reparler
    Car une vision piétinante doucement
A laissé ses graines lorsque je dormais
    Et la vision
Qui était plantée dans mon cerveau
    Demeure toujours
    Parmi le son du silence
